The idea: someone who sells on Vinted, eBay, Etsy, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, etc. uploads 2–5 ugly product photos and writes something tragic like “black shoes good condition.” Humanity has clearly reached its limit. The AI handles the rest. It would automatically remove/clean the background, improve lighting without changing the product, identify the item, write a strong title and description, suggest keywords/tags, estimate a reasonable selling price, translate the listing into other languages, generate versions for different marketplaces, and create ready-to-copy listings. The really useful part would be a second AI agent acting like a sales manager. It could remember all the user's products and say things like: “This item has been listed for 14 days with no sale. Reduce it from €39 to €34,” or “Your first photo is probably hurting clicks. Use this one instead.” BZZZT. Tiny capitalist robot awakens. For monetization, I’d make the basic version free with perhaps 5 listings per month, then €6.99–€9.99/month for unlimited or higher limits. You could also sell listing-credit packs to people who hate subscriptions, because apparently subscribing to seventeen apps is where civilization landed. A higher €19.99 Pro tier could include bulk uploads, CSV export, automatic repricing recommendations, Shopify/Etsy integration, and sales analytics. The clever bit is that you do not need to train your own AI. Your app can orchestrate existing models: one vision model examines photos, an LLM writes and categorizes the listing, an image model handles backgrounds when needed, and your backend stores inventory/history. Your actual product is the workflow and interface, not “we invented intelligence in a basement.” A strong MVP could literally be: Upload product photos. AI detects product, brand, condition, color and category. It generates title + description + estimated price. User selects “Vinted / eBay / Etsy / Shopify.” App rewrites everything to match that marketplace. User copies it or publishes through an integration. AI tracks listings and recommends changes later.
